Role Description
We are looking for a proactive Junior Admin / Accounts Executive to support day-to-day operational and administrative tasks. This role is designed to handle routine and coordination activities so that the core team can focus on strategic work such as business development and client engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate vendor registrations with new clients and partners.
- Support recruitment coordination, including calling candidates, scheduling interviews, and maintaining candidate records.
- Assist with expense tracking and approvals by coordinating with the relevant internal teams.
- Handle printing, documentation, and record management for agreements, contracts, and other official documents.
- Maintain organized records of vendor documents, agreements, and administrative files.
- Provide general administrative support for day-to-day operational requirements.
- Assist the accounts team with basic documentation and coordination when required.
- Support the team with miscellaneous operational tasks to ensure smooth functioning of the office.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business Administration, or related field (preferred).
- 0–1 years of experience in administration, operations, or accounts support.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and email communication.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple small tasks efficiently.
