Junior Accounts Executive

We are looking for a detail-oriented Accounts professional with hands-on exposure to payroll processing, statutory compliance, and HRMS operations. This role involves supporting end-to-end payroll activities, compliance filings, reimbursements, and maintaining accurate financial records within a structured R&D environment.

• Assist in payroll processing, validations, and monthly disbursements
• Support PF, ESI, PT, and TDS compliance filings and documentation
• Handle employee reimbursements, claims, and settlements
• Maintain accurate and audit-ready financial and payroll records
• Manage daily accounting entries in Tally and maintain proper ledgers
• Maintain day-to-day cash book in Tally, ensuring accuracy and reconciliation
• Track and manage office expenses with proper vouchers and documentation
• Support vendor payments, invoicing, and basic documentation (including BOEs where applicable)
• Work closely with internal teams and external consultants for compliance activities
• Manage HRMS workflows related to attendance, leaves, and payroll inputs

• 1–2 years of experience in Accounts/Finance with exposure to payroll and compliance
• Working knowledge of HRMS tools (e.g., Keka, Zoho People, or equivalent)
• Understanding of statutory compliance: PF, ESI, PT, TDS, and labour laws
• Hands-on experience with Tally (daily entries, cash book, expense tracking)
• Strong Excel skills and attention to detail
• High level of accuracy, confidentiality, and documentation discipline
