Job Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Junior Accountant to assist with financial operations, ensure compliance with accounting standards, and support the finance team. The ideal candidate will have a basic understanding of accounting principles and a keen interest in financial management.

• Assist in daily accounting operations, including accounts payable, receivable, and general ledger entries.
• Support the preparation of financial reports, balance sheets, and profit & loss statements.
• Ensure compliance with statutory regulations, tax filings (GST, TDS, Income Tax), and internal audit requirements.
• Maintain accurate records of financial transactions.
• Assist in payroll processing and employee expense reimbursements.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management activities.
• Collaborate with senior accountants and cross-functional teams to ensure smooth financial operations.
• Handle documentation and data entry related to financial transactions.

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in accounting or finance roles.
• Basic knowledge of Indian accounting standards, taxation laws, and financial compliance.
• Proficiency in accounting software ZOHO Books and MS Excel.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Good communication and teamwork abilities.
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
