Role Description

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Accountant to join our Finance team. This role is ideal for fresh graduates who are eager to build a career in accounting and finance. The selected candidate will assist with day-to-day accounting activities, financial record-keeping, reconciliations, and statutory compliance while learning under the guidance of experienced professionals.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and organize accounting records and supporting documents.
• Assist in preparing invoices, payment vouchers, and expense records.
• Support bank, ledger, and vendor reconciliations.
• Help prepare financial reports, MIS, and supporting schedules.
• Coordinate with internal teams and vendors for accounting-related information.
• Support the finance team during month-end and year-end closing activities.
• Assist during internal and statutory audits by maintaining and providing required documentation.
• Perform other accounting and finance-related tasks assigned by the Finance Manager.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or a related field (B.Com preferred).
• Freshers with an accounting background are welcome to apply.
• Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial statements.
• Basic knowledge of GST and TDS concepts.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Good analytical and numerical skills.
• Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.
• Good written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Candidates with a convenient commute to the office and a strong commitment to learning and long-term growth will be preferred, as this role involves structured training and hands-on mentoring.
