Junior Accountant

This is a full-time on-site Junior Accountant role located in Surat. The Junior Accountant will be responsible for handling day-to-day accounting processes, including maintaining financial records, reconciling accounts, preparing financial reports, and assisting in audits. The role also involves ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulations and collaborating with internal teams to support financial operations.

• Strong understanding of accounting principles and proficiency in financial recording, reporting, and account reconciliation.
• Experience with financial software and tools, as well as proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other office software.
• Familiarity with tax regulations and compliance standards relevant to accounting and financial reporting.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team setting and communicate effectively with colleagues and stakeholders.
• Attention to detail and strong ethical standards are essential for this role.
• Prior experience in the manufacturing or construction industry is an advantage.
