Junior Accountant

We are seeking a motivated Entry-Level Accountant to support internal accounting, statutory compliance, invoicing, and financial operations. This role is ideal for fresh graduates (0–6 months experience) who want hands-on exposure in a fast-growing SaaS and enterprise technology company.

Internship exposure at a CA firm or experience in GST, TDS, and compliance handling will be preferred.

·       Record day-to-day accounting entries in Tally/ERP systems

·       Manage sales invoicing, vendor payments, and receivables tracking

·       Reconcile bank statements, vendor ledgers, and client accounts

·       Assist in GST filings, TDS compliance, and statutory documentation

·       Support payroll processing and reimbursement tracking

·       Prepare basic MIS reports for management review

·       Maintain organized digital documentation for audits and compliance

·       Assist during internal and statutory audits

·       Coordinate with external CA firm for compliance and filings

·       Support month-end and year-end closing activities

·       B.Com / BBA (Finance) / Accounting background

·       0–6 months experience (internship experience acceptable)

·       Exposure to CA office or accounting firm preferred

·       Basic understanding of GST, TDS compliance, and double-entry accounting system

·       Working knowledge of Tally (preferred) and MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot, basic formulas)

·       Strong attention to detail and documentation discipline

·       Good communication skills
