Junior Accountant

This is a full-time Junior Accountant role based on-site in Bengaluru. The Junior Accountant will be responsible for handling daily financial transactions, maintaining accounting records, reconciling accounts, preparing financial reports, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards. The role will also involve collaborating with team members to support financial audits and aid in budget preparation processes.

• Proficiency in accounting principles, bookkeeping, and financial reporting
• Experience with account reconciliation and the use of accounting software or ERP systems
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail for identifying discrepancies
• Good organization, time management, and the ability to meet deadlines
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for collaboration with team members
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Prior experience in the accounting or finance field is a plus
• Knowledge of taxation, compliance, and statutory regulations is advantageous
