Junior Accountant - 2 to 5 Years experience in accounting ( Logistics Company) - Pune Kondhwa

We are hiring for one of our Client who is in to Movers and Packers ( Logistics) and looking for a Junior Accountant in Pune ( Kondhwa).

Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented Junior Accountant with hands-on experience in Tally to manage day-to-day accounting tasks, maintain financial records, and support the finance team in ensuring accurate reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Record daily financial transactions in Tally
• Maintain purchase, sales, and expense entries
• Prepare invoices, vouchers, and bills
• Handle accounts payable and receivable
• Reconcile bank statements and ledgers
• Assist in GST calculations and filings
• Maintain proper documentation of financial records
• Support in monthly and yearly closing processes
• Generate financial reports as required
• Required Skills & Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (B.Com) or related field
• Basic knowledge of accounting principles
• Proficiency in Tally
• Familiarity with MS Excel
• Understanding of GST and basic taxation
• Good attention to detail and accuracy
• Strong organizational and communication skills

Preferred:

• Bachelor's degree ( Bcom, Mcom)
• 2 to 5 years of proven experience in accounts
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities
• Internship or prior experience in accounting
• Knowledge of Tally ERP 9 or Tally Prime
