Location: Kochi, Kerala (On-site) 

Job Type: Full-time 

Schedule: US Central Time (8:00 AM – 5:00 PM CST) / Night Shift in India

Technagy IT is a relationship-driven Managed Service Provider (MSP) delivering comprehensive IT services, headquartered in Texas, USA. We are seeking dedicated professionals to work from our Kochi office. The role follows US Central Time working hours, Monday through Friday. 


About the Role 

We are looking for a Junior Account Manager to support client relationships, assist with account growth, and serve as a key liaison between customers and internal technical teams. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships, staying organized, and helping clients maximize the value of their IT services. 


Key Responsibilities 

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts. 
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships. 
  • Assist in onboarding new clients and ensure a smooth transition. 
  • Coordinate with internal technical teams to address client needs and requests. 
  • Monitor client satisfaction, follow up on open items, and ensure timely issue resolution. 
  • Identify opportunities for additional services or improvements within existing accounts. 
  • Support account renewals, contracts, and basic reporting. 
  • Maintain accurate documentation and updates in CRM and internal systems. 


Qualifications 

  • 0–3 years of experience in account management, customer success, sales support, or a related role. 
  • Strong English communication skills (written and verbal). 
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple accounts. 
  • Comfortable interacting with clients in a professional and friendly manner. 
  • Basic understanding of IT services or a willingness to learn. 
  • Experience with CRM tools is an advantage.
