(agency experience is mandatory).

Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and client-focused Junior Account Manager to manage client relationships and ensure the seamless execution of digital marketing projects. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, agency experience, and the ability to coordinate with cross-functional teams while contributing to marketing strategies that help clients achieve their business goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular meetings, calls, emails, and WhatsApp communication.
  • Understand client objectives and convert business requirements into actionable tasks for internal teams.
  • Coordinate with Content, Design, Social Media, Performance Marketing, SEO, Web Development, and Automation teams for timely project execution.
  • Conduct company audits to evaluate digital presence, branding, marketing performance, and customer experience.
  • Perform market research, competitor analysis, and industry research to identify business opportunities and strategic recommendations.
  • Assist in developing digital marketing strategies and campaign plans aligned with client goals.
  • Prepare presentations, business proposals, reports, meeting agendas, MOMs, and follow-up documentation.
  • Track project timelines, deliverables, approvals, and ensure on-time execution.
  • Monitor campaign progress and collaborate with internal teams to optimize performance.
  • Ensure all client requests and concerns are addressed promptly and professionally.
  • Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell additional agency services.
  • Maintain accurate records of meetings, project updates, and action items.
  • Provide exceptional account management to ensure long-term client satisfaction and retention.

Required Skills

  • Agency experience is mandatory.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Strong client relationship and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience conducting company audits and identifying business improvement opportunities.
  • Strong market research and competitor analysis skills.
  • Good understanding of Digital Marketing, Branding, Content Marketing, SEO, Social Media Marketing, Performance Marketing, and Paid Advertising.
  • Ability to contribute to marketing strategy and campaign planning.
  • Strong presentation, reporting, and documentation skills.
  • Excellent organizational, multitasking, and time management abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
  • Experience with project management tools such as ClickUp, Asana, Trello, or Monday.com.
  • Familiarity with AI productivity tools such as ChatGPT and Claude.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
  • Experience managing multiple client accounts in a digital marketing or advertising agency.
  • Basic understanding of CRM systems and marketing automation platforms.
  • Experience creating client presentations, business proposals, and strategic reports.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail.

  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
