Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position for a Jr. Thermal Simulation Engineer, based in the Pune Division. The role involves conducting simulations, running thermal analyses, utilizing advanced simulation software, and applying engineering principles to develop innovative cooling solutions. Collaboration with the R&D team, preparing technical reports, and developing prototype designs are critical aspects of the role. The engineer will support ongoing projects involving advanced heat pipe technologies, ensuring performance optimization for electronic cooling applications.

Qualifications

• Strong foundation in Mechanical Engineering and a solid understanding of Fluid Mechanics
• Proficiency in Simulation Software and related thermal analysis tools
• Proven ability to perform detailed technical Simulations and solve complex engineering problems
• Excellent Analytical Skills to interpret results and develop innovative solutions
• Effective problem-solving and collaboration abilities
• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a closely related field
• Previous experience in thermal management or similar domains is an advantage
• Strong communication and technical report writing skills are highly desirable
