Job Overview
Are you an ambitious salesperson who is ready to move beyond just booking meetings? We are looking for a Jr. IT Sales Development Representative who wants to sharpen their prospecting skills while actively closing smaller/mid-market B2B deals. We are actively inviting talent from all over Kerala (including Thiruvananthapuram, Kozhikode, and Thrissur) as well as major hubs outside Kerala—such as Bangalore, Chennai, Hyderabad, Coimbatore, and Mumbai. This is a unique role where you will learn to hunt your own leads and develop the killer closing instincts required to scale your sales career.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute daily outbound sales activities (cold calling, emailing, social selling) to build a robust pipeline.
- Run product walkthroughs/demos and guide mid-market prospects through to a successful close.
- Quickly filter inbound and outbound leads to focus energy on high-intent accounts.
- Keep all sales activities, notes, and deal stages meticulously updated in our CRM.
Requirements & Qualifications
- 2–3 years of experience in a B2B sales environment (SDR or Inside Sales).
- While you may still be early in your career, you must have some experience handling objections, pitching, or closing smaller deals.
- Highly resilient, energetic, and possesses a "hunter" mindset. You aren't afraid of the phone or hearing the word "no."
- Stellar verbal and written communication skills; ability to confidently speak with business owners and managers.
