Position- Jr. HSE Officer

Qualification- BE/B Tech/Diploma Engineering/ BSc

Technical Qualification- Advance Diploma in Industrial Safety (ADIS)

Experience- 2-3 Years in High Rise Building & Civil Construction

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Prepare Site HSE plan and procedures.
• Ensure Contractor selection and alignment adequately addresses HSE.
• Evaluate of Contractor’s HSE qualifications.
• Form a Site HSE Committee.
• Perform site HSE orientations, training, and education.
• Communicate hazardous material information to the project team.
• review potentially hazardous materials
• Ensure site environmental issues are addressed.
• Implement the emergency response and incident investigation plan.
• Report and investigate hazards and incidents.
• Ensure HSE-related employee programs are implemented.
• Substance Abuse Prevention Program
• Workers’ Compensation Program
• HSE Incentive Program
• Perform HSE audits and inspections.
• Maintain site HSE records.
