Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Junior HR Executive based in the Pune Division. The Junior HR Executive will be responsible for managing day-to-day HR operations, ensuring alignment with company HR policies, maintaining employee relations, and supporting HR management processes. The role requires close interaction with team members to foster a productive and inclusive workplace environment while adhering to policies and company goals.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in HR Management and HR Operations
• Strong skills in Employee Relations and maintaining a positive workplace environment
• Understanding and implementation of company HR Policies
• General knowledge of Human Resources principles and practices
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
• Willingness to work on-site in Pune Division
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred, but not mandatory)
• Familiarity with HR software and tools is a plus
