Jr Engineer (Export)

Job Description

We are looking for enthusiastic and skilled professionals to join our Department. Candidates will be responsible for managing our international business

operations in the back office and supporting export documentation and order execution.

Key Responsibilities

 Prepare and manage customer offers, quotations, and proposals.

 Handle customer communications efficiently — responding to inquiries, technical

clarifications, and commercial follow-ups.

 Coordinate with internal departments (production, logistics, purchase, etc.) to ensure

smooth order processing.

 Maintain strong relationships with international clients and distributors.

Qualifications & Skills

 Graduate in Engineering (B. Tech preferred).

 Minimum 1 year of experience in export/offering/customer handling profile.

 Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

 Strong coordination, follow-up, and interpersonal skills.

 Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
