Team is looking for a Data Engineer II to help build, support, and modernize critical data products that power Retail performance management, banker productivity insights, customer engagement analytics, and enterprise data domain enablement.

Primary Skills / Required Qualifications

Strong SQL skills — this role requires someone who is highly comfortable writing, reading, troubleshooting, and optimizing SQL.

Experience with data movement, ETL processes, data transformations, data testing, and validation.

Ability to work with large, complex datasets across multiple source systems.

Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to investigate issues, identify root causes, and recommend durable solutions.

Curiosity and willingness to learn business context, data flows, and technical patterns.

Positive attitude and collaborative mindset.

Driven, self-starting approach with the ability to take ownership and move work forward.

Ability to balance delivery work with production support needs.

Strong communication skills and ability to partner with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
