Jr. Application & Sales Engineer

1. POSITION OVERVIEW

Sensovibe Reliability Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a Junior Application & Sales Engineer to support business development and technical sales activities in the field of vibration analysis, condition monitoring, and industrial reliability solutions.

This is a field-oriented role requiring interaction with plant engineers, maintenance teams, and industrial clients.

2. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Visit industrial sites (manufacturing plants, process industries, etc.)
• Interact with maintenance and reliability teams
• Understand customer problems related to machine failures and downtime
• Explain Sensovibe services (vibration analysis, condition monitoring, diagnostics)
• Assist in technical discussions and basic demonstrations
• Support in generating leads and following up with potential clients
• Prepare basic reports, visit summaries, and client updates
• Work closely with internal technical team for solution delivery

3. CANDIDATE PROFILE

Educational Qualification:

• Diploma / BE / BTech in:
• Mechanical Engineering OR
• Electrical Engineering

Experience:

• Fresher preferred
• 0–1 year experience in industrial environment.

Required Skills:

• Basic understanding of industrial machines (motors, pumps, fans, etc.)
• Interest in maintenance / reliability / troubleshooting
• Good communication skills (Marathi, Hindi, and English)
• Willingness to travel and work in field conditions
• Positive attitude and learning mindset

4. ROLE EXPECTATION

• Candidate should be ready to:
• Visit industrial plants regularly
• Learn technical concepts related to vibration and condition monitoring
• Handle client interaction independently after training
• Grow into a full-fledged Sales/Application Engineer role
