Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an AI Operations Specialist based in Jaunpur. Day-to-day responsibilities include overseeing AI system operations, analyzing performance metrics, troubleshooting issues, and implementing improvements for optimization. The AI Operations Specialist will collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI-driven solutions, create documentation for system processes, and identify opportunities for future enhancements. Additionally, the role involves monitoring solar energy system data to ensure accurate reporting and efficient operations, while upholding Terra Rex Energy’s commitment to clean energy solutions.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with AI tools, machine learning algorithms, and data analytics.
• Proficiency in troubleshooting, monitoring, and optimizing AI-based systems and operations.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively across cross-functional teams.
• Familiarity with renewable energy solutions and an understanding of solar technology operations is an advantage.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, solution-oriented environment.
• Experience in energy efficiency or a similar field is a plus.
