The candidate for this role will be responsible for day-to-day tasks that may include software development, customer support, quality assurance, and implementation of hotel software solutions. The candidate will also be involved in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues. Qualifications Experience in software support and /or similar roles Customer support and troubleshooting skills Knowledge of hotel/motel industry software Excellent problem-solving abilities Strong communication skills, both written and verbal Ability to work on-site in Surat Bachelor?s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field Prior experience in the hospitality industry is a plus
