Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Cannanore. The selected candidate will be responsible for performing a variety of day-to-day tasks, including managing client accounts, meeting organizational goals, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The role requires hands-on involvement in achieving financial targets, strategizing client engagements, and delivering exceptional service. The candidate will collaborate with teams, adhere to company protocols, and contribute to process improvements to ensure efficiency and quality.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in financial analysis, budgeting, and financial planning
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for client management and collaboration with teams
• Ability to conduct thorough research, develop strategies, and implement action plans promptly
• Proficiency in relevant financial software and tools is a plus
• Proven ability to meet deadlines, solve complex problems, and adapt to dynamic work environments
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field (an advanced degree is a plus)
• Prior experience in financial services or related industries is highly desirable
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
