Role Overview We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Executive (BDE) to join our expanding team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for lead generation, international client engagement, and driving business opportunities across global markets. Key Responsibilities Identify, research, and generate qualified leads through LinkedIn, online platforms, email campaigns, and cold calling . Communicate effectively with international clients (primarily US-based) to understand their business needs. Build and nurture strong, long-term client relationships. Prepare and deliver compelling business presentations, proposals, and sales pitches . Meet and exceed sales targets to contribute to company revenue growth. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution and client satisfaction. Requirements Graduation in any discipline ( MBA in Sales/Marketing preferred but not mandatory ). Excellent English communication skills ? written and spoken. Confidence in handling international clients . Strong interest in sales, lead generation, and business development . Ability to work independently and achieve performance-based targets . Prior experience in BDE/Inside Sales/International Sales will be a plus.
