Job Application Specialist

We are looking for a highly detail-oriented and proactive Job Application Specialist who will play a critical role in driving successful job placements for our clients. In this role, you will act as the frontline engine of our placement process — identifying the right job opportunities, customizing application materials, and executing a high volume of quality job applications on a daily basis.

Key Responsibilities:

• Job Targeting & Research:
• Identify relevant job openings across multiple platforms (LinkedIn, company career pages, job boards, etc.) based on each client’s profile, skills, and career goals.
• Resume Customization:
• Tailor resumes for each application to align with job descriptions, ensuring keywords, skills, and experience are optimized for ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems).
• Application Execution:
• Apply to a high volume of jobs daily while maintaining accuracy, consistency, and quality in each submission.
• Profile Management:
• Update and optimize client profiles on job portals to increase visibility and response rates.
• Tracking & Reporting:
• Maintain detailed records of applications submitted, responses received, and interview progress. Provide regular updates and insights to improve application strategies.
• Continuous Optimization:
• Analyze response rates and refine application strategies, including resume tweaks and targeting adjustments, to improve overall success rates.

Requirements:

• Strong attention to detail and ability to handle repetitive tasks with high accuracy
• Excellent understanding of resumes, job descriptions, and hiring processes
• Ability to work with deadlines and manage high-volume workloads
• Good written communication skills
• Familiarity with job portals like LinkedIn, Indeed, Naukri, etc. is a plus
• Basic understanding of ATS and keyword optimization is preferred
