Jewellery Sourcing Manager

An international retail group with a strong global footprint is expanding its sourcing operations in India and is looking for an experienced Jewelry Buyer to join its Mumbai-based team.

Location: Mumbai

Contract: Permanent

Travel: Regular travel within India

About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead part of the jewelry procurement activities across Asia. The role includes managing supplier relationships, supporting sourcing strategies, and collaborating closely with cross-functional teams in quality, logistics, and international headquarters.

The scope covers mainly suppliers across India.

-Lead purchasing of finished jewelry from regional suppliers

-Develop and execute sourcing and negotiation strategies

-Manage supplier performance and drive continuous improvement

-Partner with internal teams to ensure quality, timelines, and compliance

-Build strong relationships and act as a bridge between local suppliers and global teams

-Travel regularly to key production hubs

About You

Solid experience in jewelry buying or sourcing

Strong analytical and negotiation skills

Leadership abilities and experience managing teams or projects
