Jewellery Software Coordinator

We are seeking a detail-oriented Jewellery Software Coordinator to manage and coordinate daily operations through jewellery management software (Jewels). The candidate will be responsible for maintaining inventory records, billing entries, stock updates, barcode management, reports generation and ensuring smooth software operations across departments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle day-to-day operations in jewellery software systems.
• Maintain accurate inventory, stock and product records.
• Update inward/outward entries, stock transfers and sales data.
• Coordinate billing, purchase and sales entries in the software.
• Generate daily, weekly and monthly MIS reports.
• Manage barcode tagging, SKU updates and product coding.
• Coordinate with showroom, accounts and manufacturing teams for data accuracy.
• Troubleshoot basic software-related issues and coordinate with vendors/support teams when required.
• Ensure proper data backup and record maintenance.
• Monitor stock discrepancies and assist in stock audits.
• Maintain customer order and repair records in the system.
• Support management with analytical and operational reports.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Graduate in Commerce, Computer Applications, or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in jewellery software handling or inventory coordination.
• Knowledge of jewellery ERP/software such as Jewels
• Good understanding of inventory and billing processes.
• Experience in jewellery showroom/back-office operations.
• Ability to handle confidential business data responsibly.
• Basic understanding of gold, diamond and jewellery stock management.

Salary:

30-35k

Experience Required:

• 1–3 Years (Jewellery industry preferred)
