JBPM Developer - Helix

5+ years of experience in Java development, with at least 3+ years in jBPM. Strong understanding of BPMN 2.0, process engines, and workflow orchestration. Experience with Drools, Spring Boot, REST APIs, and microservices architecture. Familiarity with KIE Workbench, Business Central, and jBPM runtime environments. Good knowledge of SQL, NoSQL, and message brokers (e.g., Kafka, RabbitMQ). Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills. Strong communication and collaboration abilities. Design and implement business process workflows using jBPM and Drools. Integrate jBPM with enterprise applications and microservices. Develop custom handlers, work items, and process definitions. Collaborate with product managers, architects, and QA teams to deliver high-quality solutions. Optimize and troubleshoot existing jBPM implementations. Ensure scalability, performance, and security of workflow systems. Maintain documentation and provide technical support for deployed workflows. Experience with Camunda, Activiti, or other BPM tools. Exposure to DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes). Knowledge of cloud platforms - Azure. Contributions to open-source BPM projects or communities.
