Senior Full Stack Developer / Technical Lead Location: Bangalore- WFO Exp: 6+ Years Immediate Joiners About the Role: We are seeking an experienced Senior Full Stack Developer / Lead with a strong background in FinTech solutions, system architecture, and cloud deployment. The ideal candidate will lead the design and development of scalable, secure, and high-performance applications, ensuring best practices in architecture, database design, and CI/CD pipelines. Key Responsibilities: System Design & Architecture: Design and implement robust, scalable, and secure system architectures for FinTech applications. Define and enforce coding standards, architectural principles, and best practices. Full Stack Development: Develop and maintain applications using Node.js, Nest.js, and React.js. Build and optimize RESTful APIs and microservices architecture. Database Design & Management: Design and manage NoSQL databases (MongoDB) for high availability and performance. Ensure data integrity, security, and efficient query performance. Cloud Deployment & DevOps: Deploy and manage applications on AWS Cloud using services like EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, etc. Implement CI/CD pipelines for automated builds, testing, and deployments. Leadership & Collaboration: Lead and mentor a team of developers, ensuring timely delivery of projects. Collaborate with product managers, QA, and other stakeholders to align technical solutions with business goals. Required Skills & Experience: Technical Expertise: Strong proficiency in Node.js, Nest.js, React.js, and modern JavaScript/TypeScript. Experience with NoSQL databases (MongoDB) and database design principles. Hands-on experience with API design, microservices, and serverless architecture. Cloud & DevOps: Proven experience deploying applications on AWS Cloud. Strong knowledge of CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitHub Actions, AWS CodePipeline). Architecture & Design: Expertise in system design, scalable architecture, and performance optimization. Domain Knowledge: Prior experience in FinTech or financial services applications is highly desirable. Soft Skills: Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment. Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor?s or Master?s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. AWS Certified Solutions Architect or similar certification.
