About Role 

We are seeking a highly technical JavaScript/TypeScript Developer with a rigorous understanding of Computer Science fundamentals. Unlike typical application development roles, this position focuses on deep code analysis and validating complex asynchronous flows. 

The ideal candidate must have understand in time/ space complexity, memory management, compilation theory, and the precise mechanics of the JavaScript runtime environment. You will be responsible for ensuring createing new codebase, code correctness in existing codebase, optimizing Webpack configurations, and identifying root causes in high-stakes production pipelines. 

Key Responsibilities 

• Deep Code Analysis:  
• Review, evaluate, and annotate complex JavaScript/TypeScript code to improve code-understanding datasets 
• Provide precise, logical feedback on pull requests, differentiating between "working" code and "correct, optimal, and maintainable" code. 
• Identify and document side effects, race conditions, and logic gaps in simulated and real-world code changes. 
• Asynchronous Logic & Runtime Optimization 
• Validate patches involving complex async patterns (async/await, Promises, callbacks, State functions, reducer, redux, AJAX ect ) with a deep understanding of the Event Loop, Microtasks components. 
• Analyze execution flows to prevent timing issues and deadlocks. 
• Apply modern compilation theory to optimize runtime performance, minimizing garbage collection overhead and maximizing execution speed. 
• System Architecture & Build Tooling 
• Create and maintain Webpack configurations, manifest files, and CRM Tools extensions. 
• Debug and resolve issues across the full stack, including Node.js environments and Python backend solutions. 
• Ensure rigorous UI/UX standards are met through structured testing and validation. 
• Engineering Standards & Best Practices 
• Enforce strict programming standards, focusing on clean code, modularity, and long-term maintainability. 
• Debug production-grade repositories using advanced tooling to analyze stack traces and memory leaks. 
• Required Core Competencies - Computer Science Foundations 
• Algorithms & Data Structures (DSA): Strong theoretical and practical grasp of DSA to write highly efficient, scalable solutions. 
• Object-Oriented Programming (OOP): Deep understanding of OOP principles (Inheritance, Polymorphism, Encapsulation) and Design Patterns. 
• Compilation & Memory Theory: Knowledge of how modern engines (V8) compile JS/TS, how memory is allocated, and how to write code that aligns with compiler optimizations. 
• Database Management: basic knowledge in SQL and RDBMS fundamentals. 

Qualification & Technical Skills & Stack 

• Languages: Mid- Level JavaScript (ES6+) and TypeScript; Basic understanding in Python for backend services. 
• Runtime: Understanding in Node.js internals and browser execution environments. 
• Build Tools: Webpack, Extensions development, and pipeline configuration. 
• Testing: Hands-on experience executing and debugging test suites using Jest. 
• Infrastructure: Understanding of Servers, DNS, Hosting, and CI/CD Pipelines. 
• API Standards: Solid understanding of RESTful API design and integration. 
• Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical issues to non-technical leadership. 
• Compliance Awareness: Experience working within regulated environments where security and documentation are paramount.
