Application Developer – Java & Web Technologies (Japanese N4)

We’re hiring a Software Developer to build scalable, high-performing enterprise applications and support hybrid-cloud & AI-driven transformation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, deploy, and support enterprise applications
• Build scalable, responsive, and maintainable solutions
• Troubleshoot issues and optimize application performance
• Collaborate with architects, stakeholders, and global teams
• Support release management, testing, and deployment activities
• Follow coding standards, security guidelines, and best practices

Required Skills

• Experience in software development & application support
• Proficiency in Java, Python, JavaScript, C#, or similar technologies
• Understanding of SDLC, Agile, APIs, cloud technologies, and DevOps practices
• Strong analytical, debugging, and communication skills

Mandatory

• Japanese language proficiency required
• JLPT certification (N4 preferred)

Preferred

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering/CS/IT or related field
• Experience with hybrid-cloud, AI-enabled applications, CI/CD, containers, or cloud-native development
