Must Have: Hibernate, JAVA, Spring Boot Hiring for a Technical Lead (Java) with 8 years of total experience, including 3 to 4 years of team leadership. Must have strong hands on skills in Java 8, Spring, Spring Boot, Hibernate, and Microservices architecture. Should be proficient in SQL and capable of designing scalable and high performance backend solutions. Responsible for guiding the team, conducting code reviews, driving technical designs, and ensuring proper Unit Testing. Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate with stakeholders and lead end to end delivery.
