Key Responsibilities- Technical Lead

• Engage with clients to understand business goals, technical constraints, and AI/data maturity.
• Translate requirements into scalable solution blueprints across tech stack and infrastructure.
• Expert in microservices and cloud solutions.
• Design, implement, and maintain scalable Java build systems using tools.
• Ensure designs meet security, compliance, and governance requirements.

Leadership & Delivery

• Provide technical leadership to engineering teams.
• Review designs, code, and deployment plans for quality and scalability.
• Work closely with client stakeholders, delivery managers, and CTO/Leaders to ensure success.

Required Skills & Experience

• 10+ years experience in Java backend development.
• Knowledge of data governance, security, and compliance frameworks.
• Strong communication and client-facing skills.

Good to Have

• Experience in product engineering domain
• Exposure to business consulting and pre-sales solutioning.

What will you be doing?

• Design and develop the business logic and product backend systems.
• Work closely with frontend developers to design and develop functional, performant, and complete APIs.
• Decrypt existing enterprise software systems and connect applications to applicable data sources.
• Write unit, integration, and performance tests.
• Develop automation tools and continuous integration pipelines for daily tasks.
• Develop high-quality, well-documented, and efficient code.
• Challenge ideas and opinions to avoid errors and inefficient solutions.
