Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design and development of scalable, secure, and high-performance Java applications
• Architect and implement cloud-native solutions on AWS
• Design microservices and distributed systems with high availability
• Drive system design, architecture reviews, and technical strategy
• Mentor and guide junior and mid-level developers
• Collaborate with DevOps teams to implement CI/CD pipelines and automation
• Optimize application performance, scalability, and cost in AWS environments
• Ensure best practices in coding standards, security, and DevOps
• Work closely with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions
• Handle production issues, root cause analysis, and system improvements
