Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Java Team Lead role based in Indore. The Java Team Lead will guide a development team, allocate tasks, perform code reviews, and ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards. The role involves designing and implementing Java-based applications and microservices, applying design patterns, and collaborating with product and QA teams to deliver reliable and scalable solutions. The Java Team Lead will mentor engineers, support their technical growth, and facilitate smooth communication between stakeholders. The role also includes troubleshooting complex issues, improving system performance, and contributing to architectural decisions and process improvements.
Qualifications

  • Candidates should possess strong Java and microservices development skills, including hands-on experience with modern Java frameworks.
  • Candidates should possess solid knowledge of software development principles and design patterns to build scalable, maintainable applications.
  • Candidates should possess proven team leadership experience (6+ years), including mentoring, task planning, and performance feedback.
  • Candidates should possess experience in end-to-end software development lifecycle, including requirements analysis, coding, testing, and deployment.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities, clear communication skills, and the capacity to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Experience with RESTful APIs, cloud platforms, CI/CD tools, and version control systems (e.g., Git) is beneficial.
  • Background in high-performance, distributed, or enterprise systems and familiarity with Agile methodologies is an advantage.
