Job Title: Sr/Lead Developer- Java Experience : 10+Years Job Description: We are seeking an experienced Hands-on Sr/Lead Developer in Java with 10+ years of expertise in Java, Spring Boot, Microservices and good in front end technologies. This role combines deep technical proficiency with proven team leadership skills. As a Sr/Lead, you will be responsible for developing and leading a team of developers, providing technical guidance, and ensuring timely delivery of features and enhancements. You will work closely with cross-functional teams including Product, QA, DevOps, and Security to build modern, cloud-native financial applications that are compliant, resilient, and user-friendly. Key Responsibilities: Lead the design, development, and deployment of Java Spring Boot microservices and Angular-based Spas. Must be capable of developing hands-on across the full stack. Provide technical leadership and mentorship to a team of developers; conduct code reviews and enforce best practices. Collaborate with stakeholders to define technical solutions aligned with business goals. Drive adoption of CI/CD pipelines, containerization (Docker/Kubernetes), and secure development practices. Ensure application security using OAuth2, JWT, and compliance with FinTech regulations. Oversee sprint planning, effort estimation, and delivery timelines within Agile teams. Required Skills: Expert in Java, Spring Boot, REST APIs, and Angular (v10+). Strong knowledge of modern DevSecOps, CI/CD pipelines, Git, and cloud-native tooling. Experience leading engineering teams, setting technical direction, and managing code quality. Familiarity with FinTech products such as digital banking, lending, fraud detection, or AML solutions will be an added advantage. Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
