Job Description

Help design, build and continuously improve the clients online platform
Research, suggest and implement new technology solutions following best practices/standards
Take responsibility for the resiliency and availability of different products
Be a productive member of the team.

Requirements

Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Spring Boot–based applications and solutions.
Lead, collaborate with, and manage the team to ensure effective execution and delivery.
Take ownership of technical and team-level decision-making.
Collaborate with multiple cross-functional teams and contribute to key technical and architectural decisions.
Design and deliver solutions to address challenges within the immediate team and across multiple teams.
Mentor and guide junior team members to strengthen their technical skills and domain knowledge.
Continuously assess and enhance development processes to improve efficiency, quality, and scalability.

Professional & Technical Skills
Must-Have Skills:

Strong proficiency in Spring Boot.
Solid understanding of RESTful web services and microservices architecture.
Experience with relational database management systems such as MySQL or PostgreSQL.
Working knowledge of front-end technologies such as Angular or React.
Familiarity with cloud platforms including AWS or Azure.
