About The Role We are looking for a highly skilled Backend Developer who can take ownership of end-to-end backend development, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and lead a small development team when required. In this role, you will be responsible for translating UI and data requirements into scalable backend solutions while ensuring performance, reliability, and code quality. Key Objectives / Responsibilities Understand UI design, backend architecture, and data flow requirements to develop robust backend components. Develop backend features using Java (1.8+), Spring Framework, JPA/Hibernate, and RESTful APIs. Work with Docker, MySQL, MongoDB, and Azure Data Factory for application deployment, data processing, and integration. Collaborate closely with Architects, UI Developers, Backend Engineers, DBAs, and Data Analytics Teams to ensure seamless delivery. Lead and mentor a small team of developers, performing code reviews and enforcing coding best practices. Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and contribute to sprint planning, estimation, and delivery. Why Should You Join Us?
