Java Software Engineer

Job Description

The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing high-quality applications. They will also be responsible for designing and implementing testable and scalable code. Responsibilities One of our primary technical requirements, is that you have either experience with, or a keen interest in, enterprise application integration (EAI). ? Strong hands-on experience in Java and Spring framework but also flexible to learn and work in other programming platforms ? Experience with object-oriented programming techniques and the enterprise software (integration) patterns. Experience with integration frameworks or middleware is a big plus, e.g. Apache Camel, JBOSS Fuse ESB, WSO2, Spring Integration, Mule ESB, etc. ? As the basis of product greatness starts with a solid understanding of the business requirements and the ability to translate of those requirements in a solid solution design or architecture, strong analytical skills are essential. ? You have experience with at least one dynamic language. ? You have experience with relational database technology, e.g., MySQL, Oracle, PostgreSQL Qualifications B.E. / B. Tech degree from IIT, NIT or other premier educational institutions. Minimum 3-5 years of experience in enterprise level application integration. Excellent communication skills to interact with Europe based teams. Self-organized, presence of leading, and coaching skills ? Have strong communication and interpersonal skills as you will engage in direct customer contact and will need to collaborate with internal stakeholders intensively
