Skills Required

• Proficiency in programming languages such as .NET, Java, Hibernate, PL/SQL, AngularJS, Python.
• Knowledge of RDBMS / NoSQL databases like Oracle, SQL Server, MySQL, MongoDB.
• Good understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) models.
• Ability to create process and technical design documents.
• Understanding of Application Security (AppSec) and secure coding practices.
• Knowledge of application monitoring, backup, and recovery procedures.
• Strong communication skills.
• Quick learner with the ability to adapt to change.

Key Requirements

• Relevant professional experience in the Insurance domain.
• Hands-on experience working with Insurance distribution channels, including:
• Banca (Bancassurance)
• Agency channel
• Digital insurance platforms
• Candidates who have worked on Insurance-related projects will also be considered.
• Strong understanding of insurance operations, sales channels, and digital initiatives within the insurance ecosystem.
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

Preferred Background

• Experience working with insurance companies, consulting firms, or technology partners supporting insurance clients.

Key Responsibility :

• Own Requirement Gathering from various distribution channels, Sales, Compliance, Finance and Operations.
• Developing technical documents to drive solution design, fit gap analysis, etc
• Oversee API based Integrations with Core Policy Admin System, Finance & Accounting Systems, Regulatory Systems, KYC / PAN / Aadhaar services.
• Manage UAT, parallel run and go live strategy with minimal business disruption.
• Coordination with Information Security team for application security assessment
• fixes for Vulnerability Assessment & Penetration Testing observations
• Production & Maintenance support - Ensure SLA adherence with internal teams and vendors
• User coordination and support for continuous improvement of applications
