Job Summary We are seeking a highly experienced Sr. Software Engineer with 6 to 12 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills in Java, Springboot, Microservices, Redux, Saga, Hooks along with domain expertise in Medicare & Medicaid Claims Claims and Payer. This hybrid role requires a proactive individual who can contribute to our projects and help us achieve our goals. Responsibilities Develop and maintain high-quality software solutions using React JS Spring Boot and Java. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design develop and implement new features and enhancements. Ensure the scalability performance and reliability of applications by conducting thorough testing and debugging. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers fostering a collaborative and innovative environment. Participate in code reviews to maintain code quality and ensure best practices are followed. Work closely with product managers and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications. Utilize domain expertise in Medicare & Medicaid Claims Claims and Payer to develop solutions that meet industry standards and regulations. Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines to streamline the development and deployment process. Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies to continuously improve our software solutions. Contribute to the overall architecture and design of the system ensuring it aligns with business objectives. Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues providing timely and effective solutions. Document technical specifications system designs and processes to ensure knowledge sharing and continuity. Participate in Agile development processes including sprint planning daily stand-ups and retrospectives. Qualifications Hands on Coding experience in Java, Spring Framework, React JS with Redux SAGA, MUI5; Middleware: Webservices ? Microservices, Spring Boot, Back End: MongoDB / SQL Server/Oracle/MySQL Testing ? Mockito, Junit, JEST, JACOCO; DevOps ? Jenkins, Azure, Docker, GitHub. Development Methodology / Engineering Practices ? Agile (SCRUM / KANBAN / SAFE)
