We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Senior Consultant Specialist. In This Role, You Will Stromg Java development skills like core java, spring frmwk and components, Maven, Junit etc Strong Experience of using IDEs : Eclipse, Spring Tool Suite, WebSphere Hands-on experience on groovy scripting for automation Hands on experience on Terraform scripting and Unix shell scripting Strong Expertise in Databases Good experience on various GCP components like compute engine, GCP Storage, GCP Bucket, App Engine, cloudSQL etc. Experience in PostgreSQL Strong Experience is writing complex SQL queries to perform data analysis Good to have Data stage 9.1,11.5, 11.7. Good to have pyspark development experience. Working on automation using Jenkins, artifact repository, GitHub, Nexus, Groovy and source repository.Solid understanding of Data warehousing concepts. Demonstrable Architectural/design experience in ETL/Business Intelligence projects Knowledge on Control-M or any Scheduling tools Knowledge on DevOps methodologies Experience and ability to apply SDLC methodology. Delivering projects from requirement to implementation under Agile project methods. Design and engineer software with the customer/user experience as a key objective Actively contributes to Technology Engineering Practice by sharing Subject Matter Expertise from their area of specialism, best practice and learnings. Drives adherence to all standards and policies within their area of Technology Engineering. Delivery and support of data related infrastructure and architecture to optimise data storage and consumption across the bank, including addressing functional and non-functional requirements relevant to data in large applications. Provide support in identification and resolution of all incidents associated with the IT service, as directed by leadership of the DevOps team. Ensure service resilience, service sustainability and recovery time objectives are met for all the software solutions delivered. To be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements: Minimum 5 to 10 years development experience in Java Minimum 3 years of Experience in GCP environment compute engine, GCP Storage, GCP Bucket, App Engine Understanding and experience of delivering within an Agile / DevOps environment using Jira Hands-on experience on Redis, Flask, VUE/Jest. Decent exposure to Pyspark knowledge is a plus.
