We are specifically looking for engineers with 7+ years of Java/Spring experience in product-based organizations . What You?ll Do Architect and develop enterprise-grade services using Java 11+, Spring Boot, Spring Data, and Hibernate. Design and optimize highly available, high-throughput systems for file transfer and data processing. Build and maintain RESTful APIs and integration endpoints for enterprise customers. Implement security best practices across authentication, authorization, and encryption. Contribute to React-based front-end development for admin and monitoring interfaces. Use Docker and Kubernetes to build and deploy cloud-native services. Translate product requirements into scalable technical designs. Lead code reviews, mentor engineers , and drive continuous improvement. Participate in roadmap discussions, technical strategy, and innovation initiatives . ? What We?re Looking For Bachelor?s or Master?s in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field. 7+ years of experience building and shipping production software in Java/Spring ecosystems . Strong expertise in distributed systems, microservices, and cloud deployment . Deep understanding of secure protocols (SFTP, FTPS, HTTPS) or willingness to master them. Solid experience with SQL and relational data modeling ; familiarity with NoSQL is a plus. Experience with CI/CD pipelines (GitLab, Jenkins, or equivalent). Familiarity with infrastructure-as-code tools (Terraform, Ansible) a plus. Strong foundation in Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) . Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) . Proficiency with unit and integration testing frameworks . Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills . ?? Bonus Points Prior experience with infrastructure-as-code (Terraform, Ansible). Exposure to React for UI development. Hands-on experience with secure file transfer protocols and enterprise security software.
