About the Role

• We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Java Full Stack Developer with strong backend and frontend experience
• The candidate will play a lead role in design, development, and mentoring team members
• Opportunity to work in a fast-paced fintech environment with scalable systems

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and deploy applications across the full development lifecycle
• Build backend services using Java and Spring Framework
• Develop user interfaces using Angular
• Work with APIs, databases, and distributed systems
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an agile environment
• Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance
• Ensure code quality, performance, and best practices

Must Have Skills

• Strong experience in Java (Core and Advanced)
• Hands-on experience with Spring / Spring Boot
• Experience in Angular (UI development)
• Exposure to PCF (Pivotal Cloud Foundry) or similar cloud platforms
• Familiarity with WebLogic or application servers
• Good understanding of Linux environments
• Exposure to C codebase (preferred but not mandatory)

Good to Have Skills

• Experience with microservices architecture
• Knowledge of Azure (Spring Cloud or Databricks)
• Experience with DevOps tools (CI/CD, Jenkins, Git, etc.)
• Understanding of cloud-native development principles
• Experience in Agile / Scrum methodologies
• Knowledge of Test-Driven Development (TDD) and automation testing

Candidate Profile

• 2 to 13 years of experience in software development
• Currently working as Senior Developer or Tech Lead
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
• Experience in mentoring team members

Interview Process

• Round 1: Online Assessment (45 minutes)
• Covers Java, Spring, Angular, and problem-solving
• Round 2: Face-to-Face Technical Round
• In-depth discussion on coding, architecture, and real-time scenarios
• Evaluation of leadership and mentoring experience
