Experience:4-8 years Location: Bangalore ( 5 Days in Office ) Employment Type: Full-time About the Role We are looking for Java full stack engineers who can contribute across both backend and frontend systems with minimal supervision and ensure end-to-end ownership of deliverables. Technical Skills: Strong hands-on experience with Java , Spring Boot , and Microservices Frontend development experience using React.js / Next.js Should have equal proficiency across both backend and frontend development Working knowledge of Kafka , MongoDB , Redis , and distributed systems Strong understanding of Core Java , LLD , and familiarity with Design Patterns and System Design concepts Hands-on experience in building applications with a focus on scalability , resilience , and performance Proficient in API integration , state management (Redux/Context API), and frontend optimization Experience working with SQL or NoSQL databases Familiarity with HTML5 , CSS3 , and JavaScript (ES6+) for responsive and maintainable UI development Common Expectations for the above roles: Self-starters who require minimal handholding and can quickly integrate into the team Ability to work independently and proactively seek clarity where needed Collaborate effectively with Product Managers and TPMs Strong communication skills ? should be able to clearly explain past work and experiences Basic project management skills and the ability to independently navigate workstreams Solid problem-solving skills and ownership mindset Why Join Us?
