In this role, you will be the bridge between academia and the IT industry, shaping fresh graduates into confident, job-ready developers. • Deliver Engaging Lectures: Teach Core Java, Advanced Java, and Spring Boot to batches of fresh graduates in a clear, accessible, and interactive manner.
• Design Assessments: Create and evaluate coding assignments, quizzes, and tests to track student progress and ensure concept mastery.
• Mentor Projects: Guide students through hands-on, industry-relevant projects, helping them build strong portfolios and real-world debugging skills.
• Cultivate Talent: Provide constructive feedback and foster a positive, encouraging environment for students transitioning into the tech industry.

• Technical Expertise: Strong, hands-on command over Core Java, Advanced Java, and Spring Boot (Java FSD).
• Training Experience: A minimum of 2 years of proven experience in teaching, training, or mentoring students in Java technologies.
• Educational Background: Any Graduation or Post-Graduation degree is welcome—we value your coding and teaching skills above all.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts simply and effectively.
