Hiring for JAVA Full stack Engineer for Hyderabad (Hybrid) Software Engineer (P2)- 2-4Years Senior Software Engineer (P3)- 5-8Years YOUR IMPACT We are looking for a Software Engineer/Senior Software Engineer to join our JSCAPE engineering team and help drive the design, development, and enhancement of our Managed File Transfer platform. You will build high-quality, scalable, and secure software that powers enterprise data exchange for more than 1,000 customers worldwide. Architect and develop enterprise-grade services using Java 11+, Spring Boot, Spring Data, Hibernate Design and optimize highly available, high-throughput systems for file transfer and data processing Build and maintain RESTful APIs and integration endpoints for enterprise customers Implement security best practices across authentication, authorization, and encryption Contribute to React-based front-end development for admin and monitoring interfaces Leverage Docker and Kubernetes to build and deploy cloud-native services Partner with Product Management to translate requirements into scalable technical designs Lead code reviews, drive continuous improvement, and mentor junior engineers Play an active role in roadmap discussions, technical strategy, and innovation initiatives YOUR EXPERIENCE Bachelor?s or Master?s in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field Building and shipping production software in Java/Spring ecosystems Strong expertise in distributed systems, microservices, and cloud deployment Deep understanding of secure protocols (SFTP, FTPS, HTTPS) or willingness to master them Solid experience with SQL and relational data modelling; familiarity with NoSQL is a plus Experience with GitLab CI/CD or equivalent for automated build/test/deploy Familiarity with infrastructure-as-code tools (Terraform, Ansible) a plus Knowledge of agile development methodologies (Scrum, Kanban). Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) Experience with automated unit and integration test frameworks Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills Strong communication and leadership potential
