Job Title: Java Full Stack Engineer, AVP

Location: Pune, India

Role Description

Treasury Technology are responsible for the design, build and operation of DB’s Treasury trading, balance management and Liquidity Reporting ecosystem. In partnership with the Treasury business we look to deliver technology solutions that enable organisational liquidity management and efficiencies. We currently have a significant regulatory agenda to deliver that includes some of the top 50 programmes in DB.
Our Technology, Data and Innovation (TDI) strategy is focusing on strengthening engineering expertise, introducing an Agile delivery model, as well as modernizing the Bank's IT infrastructure. You will be responsible for end-to-end delivery of entire engineering solutions to accomplish business goals. You will provide engineering thought leadership across teams, mentor and coach junior engineers and encourage continuous improvement in delivery practices. You will enjoy partnering closely with your clients whilst working within a broader creative, collaborative and innovative team, with a strong desire to make an impact. You will be joining Benchmarking application which is top group applications with external regulatory commitments.

Your Key Responsibilities

Good team player over different geographies.
Promote and coach healthy communication in and around the team.
Hands-on software development
Strong communication with stakeholders
Take End to End responsibility from design to deployment through the environments all the way to production.

Your Skills And Experience

10+ years of experience in the IT industry with hands-on development in Java and SQL writing skills.
Proficient in full stack development (Java, React, Angular 8+, Spring Boot etc)
Deep knowledge and hands-on experience in Google Cloud , OpenShift, Docker and Kubernetes as well as exposure to a range of modern build tools, such as Maven, Jenkins
Hands on development experience on Cloud based full stack application.
Experience in python is desirable
Experience with end-to-end design and delivery of solutions
Experience in using AI tools
Passionate about test driven development
Working knowledge of messaging (JMS, PubSub)
Experience with Messaging and integration, Patterns, REST, SOA
Strong hold on unit and integration testing
Practices: Code Quality, Sonar, Veracode, Security, dev ops, Agile, CI & CD
