We are seeking a Sr. Software Engineer with 6 to 10 years of experience to join our team. Responsibilities

Develop and maintain high-quality software solutions using GCP Angular and Java technologies to meet business requirements.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design implement and optimize software applications for the mortgage loan domain.
Utilize MSBI/SSIS Admin skills to manage and streamline data integration processes ensuring data accuracy and availability.
Implement best practices in software development including code reviews testing and documentation to ensure robust and maintainable code.
Analyze and resolve complex technical issues providing timely solutions to ensure minimal disruption to business operations.
Participate in the full software development lifecycle from requirements gathering to deployment and support ensuring alignment with project goals.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes identifying opportunities for automation and efficiency gains.
Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies applying new knowledge to enhance software solutions and processes.
Work closely with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into technical specifications and solutions.
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members fostering a collaborative and knowledge-sharing environment.
Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations maintaining the highest standards of data security and privacy.

Qualifications

Possess a strong background in GCP Angular 13-16 and Core Java with proven experience in developing scalable applications.
Demonstrate expertise in MSBI/SSIS Admin with the ability to manage complex data integration tasks efficiently.
Have a solid understanding of the mortgage loan domain with experience in developing solutions tailored to this industry.
Exhibit excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze and resolve technical challenges effectively.
Show proficiency in software development best practices including testing documentation and code quality assurance.
Display strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
