Job Summary Synechron is seeking a skilled Java Full Stack Developer to join our dynamic technology team. This role is vital in designing, developing, and maintaining robust Java-based applications that support our business objectives. The successful candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, high-quality solutions, contributing to the continuous improvement of our digital offerings and ensuring alignment with industry standards and best practices. Software Requirements Required Software Skills: Proven proficiency in Java programming language, with hands-on experience in Java SE and Java EE (minimum 5+ years) Extensive knowledge of Java frameworks such as Spring (Spring Boot, Spring MVC), Hibernate, and Struts Experience working with Integrated Development Environments (IDEs) including Eclipse, IntelliJ IDEA, or NetBeans Strong familiarity with relational database systems like MySQL, Oracle, and SQL Server Version control tools such as Git or SVN Preferred Software Skills: Knowledge of front-end technologies like HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and frameworks such as Angular or React Experience with build tools such as Maven or Gradle Familiarity with containerization and orchestration platforms like Docker and Kubernetes Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and automation tools Overall Responsibilities Develop, test, and maintain reliable, efficient, and scalable Java applications to meet business needs. Collaborate with product managers, designers, QA, and other developers to deliver integrated solutions. Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following best practices. Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality and consistency. Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues efficiently to minimize downtime. Stay informed of emerging Java technologies and incorporate innovative approaches as appropriate. Contribute to architectural discussions and assist in designing system components.
