• esLead and manage multiple engineering teams responsible for application development, enhancements, and production suppor
• t.Drive the design and implementation of scalable, secure, and resilient applications using modern engineering practice
• s.Provide technical leadership and architectural guidance for Java-based Microservices and Web Services solution
• s.Establish engineering standards, coding practices, and governance frameworks across team
• s.Partner with Product Managers, Architects, Business Leaders, and cross-functional stakeholders to define technical roadmaps and execution strategie
• s.Drive Agile delivery, sprint planning, estimation, risk mitigation, and release management activitie
• s.Ensure high application availability, performance, scalability, and security complianc
• e.Mentor engineering managers, technical leads, and software engineers to build high-performing team

e.Minimum Qualificatio

• nsBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field and a minimum of 12 years of IT experienc
• e.Minimum 5+ years of experience leading engineering teams and managing enterprise application deliver
