Job Role : -Java Developer(Tech Lead )-Secure Payment Systems Job Location : -Noida, India Experience : -8+ Years Roles & Responsibilities:- Design, develop, and guide teams in building secure and scalable payment systems. Integrate backend services with cloud HSMs, acquirers, and payment gateways. Participate in all phases of the software development lifecycle. Apply design patterns and OOP principles to solve complex technical problems. Ensure high standards of security, performance, and reliability in system design. Collaborate closely with business stakeholders and cross-functional technical teams. Drive continuous improvement, innovation, and adoption of modern technologies. Skills & Requirements: - Education & Experience Bachelor?s degree in Computer Science or a related field. 8+ years of experience in payment services or the financial technology domain. Technical Skills Strong proficiency in Java, Java EE, and Spring Framework (Spring Boot, Spring MVC). Hands-on experience with relational databases, SQL, and ORM tools. Experience with web frameworks (JSF, Wicket, GWT, etc.). Knowledge of cryptography and payment security standards. Exposure to cloud platforms and microservices-based architectures. Familiarity with GitLab and CI/CD pipelines. Behavioral Skills Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Proven ability to lead and collaborate with cross-functional teams. Preferred / Nice-to-Have Industry-recognized certifications. Experience working with large-scale distributed systems. Deep understanding of payment services and financial domain concepts.
