Job Title: Java Developer Location: Mysore Total Experience: 6+ Years Relevant Experience: 6+ Years / 3?5 Years (based on banding requirements) Mandatory Skills For Screening (Must Have) Core Java Spring Boot / Quarkus Framework Java Persistence API (JPA) using Hibernate ORM Experience working in a Kubernetes environment Strong understanding of RDBMS and query optimization Solid experience in Microservices architecture Expertise in REST API design & development Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices Good to Have (Not Mandatory) Exposure to Cloud platforms (AWS / Azure / GCP) Experience with API gateways, service mesh, or event-driven architecture Knowledge of Kafka, RabbitMQ, or other messaging systems Understanding of containerization (Docker) and monitoring tools (Prometheus, Grafana) Detailed Job Description We are looking for a skilled Backend Developer with strong hands-on experience in Core Java, modern frameworks, and microservices-based application development. The ideal candidate should be capable of building scalable backend solutions, designing RESTful APIs, and working in containerized environments using Kubernetes. Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain backend services using Java, Spring Boot, or Quarkus. Implement microservices with a focus on performance, scalability, and reliability. Work with Hibernate/JPA for ORM and efficient data access. Optimize SQL queries and manage relational databases effectively. Design and build secure and well-structured RESTful APIs. Deploy and manage applications in Kubernetes environments. Participate in CI/CD workflows, automated builds, and deployments. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including frontend, DevOps, QA, and architecture teams. Troubleshoot production issues and contribute to architecture improvements.
